Dr Azra Imamović 

Sarajevo School of Science and Technology

Azra Imamović has more than 20 years of experience in conflict resolution, gender equality, and social inclusion. She has held senior roles in Budapest as Deputy Executive Director of the Roma Education Fund, overseeing advocacy, research, grants, and gender mainstreaming in 16 countries, and in Warsaw as Deputy Head of the OSCE/ODIHR Tolerance and Non-Discrimination Department, leading programs on racism, xenophobia, and migrant rights across 57 States. She has also worked with SDC, UNDP, and CARE International Balkans, contributing to the BiH 2023–2027 Gender Action Plan and coordinating humanitarian support to migrants. Imamović is the author of two books on the politics of memory in Bosnia and Herzegovina and lectures in Political Science and International Relations at Sarajevo School of Science and Technology.
