Aušra Teleišė holds a PhD in ethnology. Her thesis focused on experiences of post-Soviet deindustrialisation and post-industrial city-making in Lithuania. She explored how post-socialist transformation manifests in the landscape and the relationship between place and the people dwelling in it. She is also interested in memory studies and holds a Master’s degree in Heritage Studies. In the MEPOST project, she researches moral emotions in narratives of industrial transformation in post-socialist Lithuania.
